The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for growing the business in their assigned territory by selling products to new prospects.

Responsibilities
- Builds and develops customer base through industry knowledge & contacts, networking, and prospecting
- Builds company brand and product awareness by participating in industry events
- Builds and maintains successful business partnerships by actively engaging customers
- Sources new sales opportunities through inbound leads
- Follow-ups and outbounds cold calls and e-mails
- Provides sales forecasts to the Account Team Lead at least monthly
- Maintains business plan accountability
- Visits bottlers and sales centers throughout the MW and south region
- Visits PFI Instore facilities regularly to understand our entire capabilities
- Performs other duties as assigned to them by management

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- One to two years of related experience or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Specialized Training
- One to two years of sales experience
- Knowledge of point-of-purchase sales in the beverage industry is helpful
Certificates and Licenses
- Valid driver's license
